Q: How do I restore my in-app purchases?

Go to the Coin Shop in the game and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Q: My game progress was lost. Can I recover it?

Game progress is saved locally on your device. If you reinstall the app or switch devices, your progress may not transfer. We recommend keeping regular iCloud backups of your device.

Q: How do I earn coins without purchasing?

You can earn coins by completing levels! Each level awards 50–150 coins based on your star rating. You also receive free coins and items through Daily Rewards every 24 hours.

Q: How do special items work?

Bomb: Clears all tiles of one pattern.
Shuffle: Rearranges all tiles on the board.
Hint: Highlights a matching pair.

Q: What happens when I run out of moves?

If no matching pairs are available, you'll be offered a free Shuffle or can use your own items. If none remain, you can give up and retry the level.

Q: How does Game Center work?

If you're signed in to Game Center, your high scores are automatically submitted to the global leaderboard. You can view global rankings from the Leaderboard screen.
